01My Role — Design Producer
Design Production Coordination
Own Design production coordination within a 20+ member team, translating meeting outcomes into actionable tasks and tracking owners, deadlines, blockers, dependencies, and review status in Airtable.
Meeting-to-Task Follow-through
Turn Design meeting decisions into clear action items, Airtable updates, and cross-disciplinary follow-ups so current and upcoming sprint work remains visible and accountable.
Recruiting & Team Building
Coordinate cross-disciplinary recruiting across USC and external programs, developing outreach materials, building a contact pipeline, and supporting outreach to 15+ candidates.
02Design Production Workflow
I support the Design team by turning discussions into trackable work and maintaining visibility across tasks, deadlines, dependencies, and blockers.

Meeting Follow-through
- Before
Review Design tasks, deadlines, blockers, dependencies, and review status; prepare production updates.
→ - During
Capture decisions, action items, owners, and cross-discipline needs during Design and Production meetings.
→ - After
Update meeting notes and Airtable, communicate confirmed tasks, and follow up on blockers and dependencies.

Capture decisions, owners, deadlines, dependencies, and blockers during Design meetings, then convert confirmed outcomes into actionable production items.

Maintain Design tasks in Airtable with clear ownership, status, deadlines, descriptions, dependencies, blockers, and review readiness.
03Recruiting & Team Building
Built and maintained a recruiting pipeline across USC and external programs, developed standardized outreach materials, and coordinated outreach for Art, UI, Audio, and other development needs.
04Current Focus
Only Fights is currently in production. My current focus is establishing a consistent Design production workflow, improving task visibility and deadline follow-through, and coordinating dependencies as the team moves toward upcoming milestones.
Sprint Visibility
Keep Design tasks, ownership, deadlines, and review status current.
Dependency Tracking
Surface Design dependencies on Art and Engineering early and coordinate follow-ups across disciplines.
Progress Check-ins
Establish lightweight check-ins for larger tasks before final deadlines to leave time for review and iteration.
